Dennis Menefee

President & CEO

Dennis Menefee is the co-founder of Partstat and has served as its President & CEO since 1991. With over 30 years of leadership and hands-on experience, having served in various roles within the company, Dennis has a strong track record for driving positive results and affecting change in critical situations. Dennis’ experience has spanned across the semiconductor supply chain, trade finance and inventory solutions. He has been published in several industry outlets such as EBN, EPS News and Electronic Specifier. Dennis attended LSU and the University of Louisiana Monroe before co-founding the company in 1991.

Mitch Bonett

Executive Vice President

Mitch Bonett is the co-founder of Partstat and has been serving as Executive Vice President since the company’s inception in 1991. Prior to this, he was a Computer Systems Engineer for 10 years working with companies like ADP and other global financial data centers. Mitch has since been instrumental in the ongoing evolution of the company, serving in many different roles over the years, including: Network Administrator, Purchasing Manager, HR Administration, and is heavily involved in the daily operations of the business. Mitch has a degree in Electronics and Computer Systems Technology, and has a total of 37 years in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Michael Carpino

Chief Operating Officer

Michael has been with Partstat since January of 2002 serving in Sales Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management and Executive leadership. Michael was a major contributor in the development of Partstat’s inventory solutions including securing multi-million-dollar financing available for our customer's programs with terms up to 20 years. This unique long-term solution to inventory challenges is being utilized by Partstat's customers to support production and long term service requirements. Michael is also very well versed in quality standards including ISO 9001 and AS9120 and has helped develop the company’s Procedures and Quality Manuals. Michael has completed BSI’s SAE AS9100 training, and IACET ISO 9001 training. Michael is also a Liaison Member of SAE’s G19D Committee. He was also involved in the implementation of Partstat’s Last Time Buy Solution for companies like: GE, Rockwell, IBM and Honeywell. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

kevin berner
Kevin Berner

Chief Technology Officer

Kevin has been with Partstat since October of 2011 serving as Lead Software Engineer and now holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. Working in tandem with the executive management team at Partstat, he helps guide the vision and technology necessary to keep Partstat's critical infrastructure and software systems exceeding the expectations of customers. Kevin has 20 years of experience designing software systems and managing IT infrastructure for companies like Johnson Controls, Harris Corporation, and Norsk Hydro. He’s also worked on the design and implementation of the Partstat Platform in addition to the internal systems necessary to support Partstat operations. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Abdiel Guardia
Abdiel Guardia

Chief Financial Officer

Abdiel joined the Partstat team in 2021 as Controller. He brings with him 25 years of Corporate Accounting, Fleet Inventory and Finance experience. His last role was Director of Fleet Accounting/Finance at EZ Rent A Car and Advantage Rent A Car. Recognized by executive management for continuous improvement efforts, Abdiel developed efficiencies in accounting processes demonstrating excellent judgment and exhibits passion for delivering superior results in day-to-day and project-based environments. In addition to accounting responsibilities, he was directly involved in mentoring junior staff members to maximize job performance and production. Abdiel holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Panama, Panama.

Edison Ruiz

Controller

Edison joined the Parstat team in 2022 as our new Controller. Has been serving as Corporate Controller in different industries like manufacture, construction, and automobile for over 20 years, in different countries. He’s also worked on the merge and acquisition of different companies national and international in areas like Construction as well Automobile.

Michael Stratton

Director of Marketing

Michael joined the Partstat team in 2016 as the Director of Marketing. Working cross functionally with multiple teams, he creates, implements, and executes on sales and marketing initiatives that align with Partstat’s mission and vision. Michael brings with him over 13 years of digital sales & marketing experience from some of the largest agencies in the world. Over the course of his career, he has been a part of several national product launches and has also planned and implemented many international brand campaigns like: Johnson & Johnson, Ashley Furniture and Geico. Michael has been instrumental in the development of Partstat’s employees, digital assets, tools, and services. Michael holds a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and is also certified by Google in running and analyzing marketing campaigns.

Director of Sales and Customer Success

Michael joined the Partstat team in 2021 as the Director of Sales and Customer Success. Michael made an immediate impact with his dynamic approach to innovative sales tools, sales methodologies and collaborative team based approach. Michael brings with him over 18 years of sales and customer success experience from one of the largest IT companies in the world. Over the course of his career, he has been recognized for several regional sales’ top leadership awards and recognitions. Michael’s proudest professional accomplishment is in developing talented sales professionals into successful sales leaders. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Saint Francis College in Brooklyn, New York and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate in Orlando, FL. Michael also volunteers as a sales mentor to undergraduate students at the UCF Professional Selling Program. Michael supports undergraduate students in developing sales skills and providing internship programs at Partstat.
